Your agent can create and manage tasks. Tell it to track something, remind you, or follow up — it handles the task and you see it in the dashboard.
What it's used for
- Follow-ups — "Follow up with this customer in 3 days if they haven't replied"
- Action items — "Create a task to review the proposal I just sent"
- Customer commitments — "We told this customer we'd get back to them by Friday — track that"
- Reminders — "Remind me tomorrow morning to check the Shopify order"
How to create a task
Tell the agent in any channel:
"Create a task to follow up with Sarah at Acme Co next Tuesday."
The agent creates the task, logs the due date, and follows up automatically when the time comes — or reminds you, depending on how you've set it up.
Where tasks appear
All tasks created by your agent appear in the Tasks tab of your dashboard. You can see what's pending, what's been completed, and what the agent acted on.
No setup required
