Scheduling
Your agent can schedule activities, set time-based reminders, and run recurring tasks — automatically.
Scheduling
Your agent can schedule activities and set time-based reminders. Tell it to follow up in a week, send a report every Friday, or remind you before a deadline — it sets the timer and acts on it.
What it's used for
- Timed follow-ups — "Follow up with this customer in 5 days if they haven't replied"
- Recurring tasks — "Every Monday morning, send me a summary of open tasks"
- Deadline reminders — "Remind me 2 days before the contract renewal date"
- Sequences — "Send the onboarding email now, then follow up in 3 days, then again in 7"
How to use it
Tell the agent directly:
"Schedule a follow-up email to this lead for next Thursday."
Or set up a recurring pattern:
"Every Friday at 4pm, draft a summary of the week's activity and send it to me."
The agent creates the scheduled activity and acts on it automatically when the time comes. You can see all scheduled activities in the Tasks tab of your dashboard.
Combined with other skills
Scheduling works with all other skills. You can schedule:
- A PDF report to be generated and emailed weekly
- A bulk email campaign to go out at a specific time
- A web search on a recurring topic
No setup required
Scheduling is built in. No external calendar or automation tool needed.
