Generate PDF

Your agent can create a PDF from any content it has access to. Ask for it in any channel and it creates the file and delivers it.

What it's used for

• Invoices — ask the agent to generate an invoice for a customer; it creates and emails it
• Proposals — the agent drafts and formats a proposal document based on your instructions
• Reports — request a summary or status report; the agent creates it as a PDF
• Contracts — generate a standard contract document from a template in your knowledge base

How to use it

You don't need a template. Tell the agent what you want:

"Generate an invoice for Acme Co — 3 hours of consulting at $150/hr. Due in 30 days."

The agent creates the PDF and either emails it to the customer, shares it via Google Drive (if connected), or sends it to you for review — depending on your autonomy settings.

How it's delivered

The agent can:

• Email the PDF directly to a customer
• Share it as a Google Drive link (if Google Drive is connected)
• Send it to you as an attachment for review
