Your agent has a built-in contact list. Every time it has a conversation, it can save or update the contact automatically. Over time it builds a complete picture of who it's been talking to.

What it stores

For each contact, the agent can track:

  • Name and email address
  • Phone number (from text conversations)
  • Company or role (when mentioned)
  • Conversation history across all channels
  • Notes from past interactions

How it works

You don't need to import a list. The agent fills the contact list from conversations as it goes. When a new person emails or texts, the agent creates a contact. When they reach out again, it recognizes them and has the full history.

You can also tell the agent to save or update a contact manually:

"Save this person as a lead — name is James, company is Bright Design."

What contacts are used for

  • Personalized replies — the agent knows who it's talking to and responds accordingly
  • Follow-up sequences — create a task that references a contact
  • Bulk email — use your contact list as the audience for a campaign
