Bulk Email

Your agent can send a single email to a list of contacts at once. Tell it who to reach and what to say — it writes and sends every message.

What it's used for

• Announcements — "Email all my contacts about our new product launch"
• Updates — "Send an update to everyone on the Eventbrite attendee list"
• Campaigns — "Send this week's newsletter to my contact list"
• Follow-ups — "Follow up with all leads who haven't replied in the last 2 weeks"

How to use it

Tell the agent who to send to and what to say:

"Send an email to everyone in my contact list announcing our summer sale. Keep it short — two paragraphs."

The agent writes the email, shows you a draft (in draft mode), and sends it when approved. In auto mode it sends directly.

Personalization

The agent can personalize each message using contact data it has — first name, company, conversation history. Tell it to:

"Personalize the opening line based on what we've talked about before."

No setup required

Bulk email uses the agent's own email address and built-in contact list. No third-party email service needed.
