How to connect

Go to your agent's Integrations tab → click Shopify → enter your store subdomain → sign in.

How to use it

Once connected, the agent uses your live store data in conversations:

Customer texts: "Where's my order?"
Agent looks up the order by email/phone, finds the tracking info, and replies with the status — automatically.

Customer emails: "Do you have this item in size L?"
Agent checks current inventory and replies with availability.

You tell the agent: "Create a draft for a new product listing — it's a blue tote bag, $35, limited stock."
Agent creates the draft in Shopify for your review.
