Connect your EVERJUST app and your agent can read and write your business records (contacts, leads, quotes, products, invoices, calendar) using your live data in every conversation — email, SMS, and chat.
What the agent can do
- Look up customers and their history (contacts, leads, quotes, invoices)
- Create and update contacts
- Log inbound inquiries as leads
- Draft quotes and orders for your review
- Schedule site visits and appointments, and set follow-up reminders
- Answer customer questions using your real business data
It works through clean, resource-aware tools — everjust_search, everjust_find, everjust_get, everjust_schema, everjust_create, everjust_update, and everjust_call — over resources like contacts, leads, quotes, products, invoices, activities, and appointments. What the agent actually does is governed by its instructions, not the tool surface, so you scope it up or down in the agent's prompt.
How to connect
Go to your agent's Integrations tab → click EVERJUST App → enter:

We validate the credentials before saving, and the API key is encrypted at rest.
How to use it
Once connected, the agent uses your live business data automatically:
Customer emails: "Do you have my account on file?" Agent runs
everjust_findon contacts, finds the record, and replies with what's on file.
Customer texts: "Can I get a quote for spring cleanup?" Agent looks up (or creates) the contact, logs a lead, and tells the customer the owner will follow up — all recorded in your system.
You tell the agent: "Draft a quote for the Smith job — 3 hours of cleanup at $85/hr." Agent finds the customer, creates a draft quote with a line item, and leaves it for you to review and send.
Guardrails
The agent operates on your live business data, so its instructions should set hard rules. Recommended (and the default guidance the platform injects when the EVERJUST app is connected):
- Never delete records or call destructive operations
- Never touch settings, users, permissions, or configuration
- Leave quotes/orders as drafts — never confirm, send, or post invoices without owner approval
- Always look up an existing customer before creating a new one (avoid duplicates)
